I started CrossFit in February 2017.  In June 2017, I decided I need to do something more for myself.  I was getting stronger but wasn’t see physical changes. Anabolic agenda was life changing.  I had the tools and encouragement to eat better and care of myself not only through eating better, but excerise and sleep.  Anabolic agenda is the total package if you need someone to support and encourage you through the ups and downs of making yourself a priority.  I went from 122 pounds on my less than 5 foot frame to a leaner, healthier 106.  It isn’t so much about the weight as it is about how I feel physically.
