When I first started The Anabolic Agenda, I thought I ate relatively healthy. However, I soon realized portion control was a huge issue for me and the foods I thought were healthy in fact were not. Who knew a pint of halo top a night, slathered with peanut butter wasn’t healthy? The Anabolic Agenda taught me the value of nutrients in a way that was simple and easy to understand. Not only did I learn the nutritional value of the foods I was consuming, they taught me to become a better chef. In order to stick to my diet, I had to get creative to keep it fresh and interesting and the flexibility of The Anabolic Agenda allowed me to do that! Dialing in my nutrition helped boost my confidence and performance in the gym!! Over the last ten months I increased my endurance, PR’d almost all my lifts and most importantly improved my mental game. I would not be where I am today without The Anabolic Agenda. I am so grateful they helped me take my nutritional and performance knowledge to the next level!!​
