The ultimate performance package. Our Nutrition & Performance Kit combines our two services to provide the optimal coaching and resources necessary to meet your body composition and training goals.
Our Performance Kit offers continuous, monthly, evidence-based programming with the goal of increasing aesthetics, strength, power, and performance output. This kit can be used as a sole training plan or can be used in conjunction with CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, or Powerlifting programming. Workouts are meant to lay the foundation of functional movement by utilizing the three principles of muscular adaptation and growth: overload, progression, and specificity.
What you will receive:
6 day-a-week, 4-week, cyclical programming that combines conventional, resistance training workouts with high intensity interval training structured to maximize aesthetic and performance potential.
A monthly Performance Kit installment that will be sent to you directly via email.
Our Basic Macro Set is our most simple service offered. After filling out a detailed questionnaire assessing your daily energy expenditure, your lifestyle, and your goals, your macronutrient numbers (total amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats allotted per day) will be sent to you. This service assumes you understand the basic, fundamentals of counting macronutrients.
This is a one-time fee. If you wish to have your macronutrient numbers adjusted, you must pay an additional $40.
All purchases are processed via PayPal. The Nutrition Kit purchase is a minimum 3-month commitment. By purchasing our programming, you agree to pay for 3 months before cancellation ($225).
If you purchase the Nutrition Kit or Basic Macro Set you will receive a questionnaire along with our Getting Started Packet (via email) that will contain all the information required to begin tackling your personalized nutrition goals.
If you purchase the Performance Kit, you will receive a questionnaire along with Performance Kit 1, our first 4-week training cycle. Every recurring month, you will receive the next installment of the Performance Kit.
